Private Sessions - First session 90 min. $100 includes Health intake, consultation, individually guided session, with modifications and therapy as needed. It can be booked at specific times so you can move along at a pace that is good for you. Yoga was originally passed down directly from master teachers, in which an experienced teacher worked individually with each student, making a personalized yoga program for them based on such factors as health, age, and physical condition, including past or current injuries. To promote healing I offer the student different modifications of the asanas, that can help with injuries and address specific health issues. Yoga Therapy -Yoga Therapy is intended to be adaptable to any person, regardless of physical ability, as a highly trained Yoga Teacher, Healing Practitioner and expert in anatomy and yoga therapy. Starting with a Consultation a detailed assessment of the clients health history, current treatments, medical conditions, physical, mental and emotional condition and the clients health goals will be reviewed. Based on the assessment a personal practice will be designed with the specific needs, abilities, goals and circumstances of the client. You will be assisted with a specific healing sequence and therapy based on your needs.
Restorative Yoga / Yin -uses props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, to help you melt into long holds in relaxing postures designed to relieve the effects of chronic stress in the body. The intention is for you to feel completely comfortable and not distracted by physical sensations. As you focus on breathing, and completely surrendering, holding postures for several minutes at a time and relaxing letting your body open to healing. Restorative Yoga balances your central nervous system by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. Deep breathing and calming postures mean your heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure and emotions slow down, putting your body in a healthier state where you can start to heal.
Restorative Yoga with Reiki - combining two modalities of healing together you will let the healing energies of Reiki flow as you settle into the 90 minute restorative yoga practice. The practice of restorative yoga aids in the release of long held tensions while promoting deep inner peace and quiet. When combining Reiki with this type of practice, we can start to receive healing in the deepest and quietest parts of ourselves. Reiki can be both grounding and uplifting while also being comforting in a deeply nourishing experience.

Chakra Yoga - combines both aspects of hatha and kundalini yoga. The techniques of chakra yoga, the flow of energy in the subtle body and nourish the chakras and relieve them from blockages. When the energy circulates freely through the chakras, this will lead to positive effects in one's physical body and mental state of mind. The benefits include strengthened immune and circulatory systems, healthier organs, inner peace and spiritual clarity.
AcuYoga - Enjoy a gentle yoga practice for 60 minutes, then followed by a 30 minute shavasana, acupressure and a guided meditation. The yoga helps to release tension and stress, while the acupressure promotes natural healing throughout the body. This will also enhance the power to heal and boost your immunity, support physical and emotional health, and improve overall function and well-being by directing energy effectively. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and totally relaxed.

Thai Yoga Massage - This is an ancient form of a bodywork treatment that uses a series of passive yoga like stretches, using the hands, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to compress and palpate the muscles of the body to achieve a state of deep relaxation and a peaceful release in the body, mind and spirit. It is performed fully clothed on top of a cushioned floor mat. The treatment also uses targeted acupressure points to replenish energy stores and lull you into a blissful state of relaxation. Thai Yoga Massage can be performed on almost anyone; young or old, limited mobility or flexible, or even if you are managing an injury or illness. It can provide amazing results to reduce stress ease discomfort and create profound feelings of relaxation. Guided Meditation Workshop - Meditation provides an outlet for built up tension and stress. It is also a way for inner peace and self-understanding. Every time you meditate you are discovering yourself for the first time. Meditation is a way to discover what we think, what we believe, and what we feel. You will learn how to control the mental "chatter", the process of taming the mind, proper breathing technique, Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation.
